A short look at Lineage 2, City of Heroes and Guild Wars can be seen at GameDaily. This, for example, is what they write about Guild Wars:
Another MMORPG, this game is scheduled for release in the second half of 2004. Guild Wars is being made with an eye towards changing the perception of the RPG genre, by infusing more action and adventure. As the name implies, the game will offer "fully-integrated guild support," with tournaments, ladders guild halls and forums among the planned features. Some single player campaigns will be contained in the title, but the emphasis is on war parties tackling missions together as a group. As a part of NCsoft's attempt to "remove barriers to play," Guild Wars will not have a monthly pay-to-play fee in North America. ArenaNet, recently acquired by NCsoft, is developing this title.
Two screenshots per game accompany the article.
