Head on over to NL Gaming to read some hands-on coverage from SOE's/Lucas' Star Wars MMORPG. It's quite interesting, really. Here's a snip: Star Wars Galaxies' "An Empire Divided" looks to be the most open and diverse MMORPG's ever released. Myriad species, genders, occupations and worlds exist for your purview. "An Empire Divided" is being developed by Sony Online Entertainment and LucasArts Entertainment Company. The core development team includes some of the most talented developers from both Ultima Online and EverQuest, the two of the most successful massively multiplayer games to date." states the aforementioned website. LucasArts Entertainment Company has already announced that different versions of the game will be release on the X-Box and the PlayStation 2. Other platforms have not been announced or ruled out as of yet. Also LucasArts Entertainment Company has further stated intentions of making this game available worldwide.
