Gamehelper looks at Star Wars. KotOR

Longer than the preview of Lineage 2 is the article on Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Gamehelper has this verdict on the game:
The game is set to launch on the Xbox this fall with a PC version close behind in spring 2003. This will be the first real RPG of this scope on the Xbox and the choice of platform makes sense. The imagery in the game is rendered beautifully on the Xbox version we saw. From blades of dried grass moving about your ankles to the solar flares of the suns on Dantooine, everything about the look of this game says class. But we all know looks do NOT a game make and we were not given much of the storyline at this point. The combat system at this stage also seems to lack the level of player interaction one would expect in a Star Wars title. With LucasArts just over the bridge from our offices you can bet we’ll be dropping in to check up on this baby between now and launch.
