You can install it either by selecting 'Update' from the NWN game launcher, or manually by downloading it. Note: According to a newsbit at the Neverwinter Vault, you might experience problems with the game not starting up anymore after applying the patch. Apparently the copy protection has been upgraded, and the patch requires the original CD to play with... Also available is the Linux Dedicated Server 1.21 update.
