My first real thought while blasting my way through Restricted Area was "Diablo would have sucked this plasma rifle down." With the inevitable reference to Diablo out of the way, I can continue. For most titles in this genre, the previous comparison is where the buck usually stops. To my pleasant surprise, though, it looks as if the group at Master Creating have crafted an isometric action RPG that could prove itself different enough to make a noticeable mark on the genre.
