It's monday now, and I am officially back from my holidays. Once again, my thanks to the team who made it possible that I wasn't really missed.
We will be celebrating 3 years of RPGDot within the coming weeks, and I can promise you that we have prepared some nice specials for you. When I look back, it really doesn't seem like three years of RPGDot. It feels like I have grown up with the site, and it was there all my life.
For the last three years, I have been responsible for news postings and the administrative things regarding RPGDot. With the exception of my vacations, I think I haven't missed a single day of news posting since July 1999. Now it's time for me to pass the torch. From today on, Moriendor will be head of the newsteam here, being responsible for the quantity and quality of the newsbits. I will step back a little, but still doing news postings now and then. My main focus will be site administration and public relations from now on (and the public, that's you). Moriendor will lead the news team, maybe adding some fresh blood.
Does it mean I am gone? No :-). Not at all. As I said, I will be doing news still, and I will find more time to do features and articles here at RPGDot. And I will try to keep and raise the general quality of our network. And finally, I think I will find time to do the newsletter again :-). For now, it's a big "Thank You" to you for your support and the time you spent with us. I will make sure and I am sure that it will be worthwhile in the future, too... |
