The next pre-E3 coverage of 'Age of Conan' can be found right here at IGN.
A few weeks ago, we got our first glimpse at the possibilities of Age of Conan - Hyborian Adventures and were pleased with what we heard. Even so, many details were hidden away in the confines of Funcom's Olso offices. It took a promise that Tom would dress up like Grace Jones from Conan the Destroyer, but we finally got Gaute Godager, the Game Director of Age of Conan - Hyborian Adventures, to answer some of our questions. And answer he did! He lets out a ton of new details about nearly every aspect of the game and even manages to clear up some misconceptions about how the single and multiplayer worlds intermingle and how extensive the player vs. player portion of the game will actually be. He also discusses the awesome ideas of player built villages, hive monsters, real combat, the different approach of learning new techniques and combos, formations and partying, how much larger the game is after completing the online single player missions, and more! If everything works out to be as cool as it sounds, Age of Conan could be the most exciting thing to hit the MMO market next year. Read on and make sure to check back for additional information from the show floor at E3.
