"Somewhat more substantive than a patch, but nowhere near the size of an expansion pack." That is probably the best way to describe EQII's "adventure packs." Available via digital download for around five bucks, these mini-expansions will increase the size of EQII's world by about five zones, and work into it a handful of new items, spells, and lore. The Bloodline Chronicles is the first of these, and I got a lengthy tour of its contents this afternoon at the Game Developers Conference.
