NCSoft have put together a Card Builder as a preview of the upcoming City of Heroes Collectible Card Game.
As a preview of the upcoming CoH Collectible Card Game from AEG, we are thrilled to direct you to the Card Builder.

This application will let you make a personalized card of your Hero from a screenshot, and lets you fill in your own name, powers, and flavor text. And if you print the card out, it will be considered legal for tournaments!

The site also has information about the rules, PDF previews of the demo decks, a description of the “You Are the Hero” Contest Winner Ahnek Rah-Zul, card lists and more, including the Card Preview Countdowns, showing off one card per day until release!
