Brian Sullivan, lead developer of Titan Quest, gives a great description of the responsibilities of each team's part of the game's development in this week's installment of the Developer Blog. I hope this gives some insight into how the design team at Iron Lore works. Design is not all just fun and games –it takes a lot of hard work and professionalism to make a great game, and in some respects, the design group has to both be out in front of the rest of the team, documenting what needs to be done, and also following up, making sure that what gets in the game works right.
