CS Assist is our new in game petition system. The biggest new feature is persistent messaging. This will allow GM’s to respond and resolve tickets even when customers go offline. Additionally, customers will be able to search our Knowledge Base from within the game for basic answers. This will help decrease turnaround time because it will reduce the number of tickets in the queue. We also now have a feature to sort tickets by category as they arrive, which will greatly enhance our ability to identify big problems fast and service our customers accordingly. |
