The message from the community leader says that the patch will be out around June 10th, and that this patch is intended for the US version only (they are not clear about if it is for the Collectors Edition or the normal edition, at least their statement can be considered unintentionally misleading). The international version will be patched a week later. My best guess is that they talk about US releases (I think only the CE was brought to germany) vs. the international version, although I think they don't differ but for reasons of regional copy protection code...
