Nemesis of the Roman Empire (aka 'Celtic Kings: The Punic Wars') has been reviewed at Gaming Horizon, with a score of 7.3/10:
“Nemesis of the Roman Empire” sounds like either a cheesy B-movie title or something George Lucas would come up with for a Star Wars sequel; Nemesis of the Galactic Empire. For reasons I can only attribute as “Americans are stupid”, in every other country this game is called “Celtic Kings: Punic Wars”. “Celtic” makes us think of Larry Bird, and “Punic” makes us snicker like schoolchildren because of a similarly-spelled word. Nemesis is the sequel to 2002’s “Celtic Kings: Rage of War”, which you probably haven’t heard of because it didn’t sell too well (I blame its title).
