TKO SOFTWARE ENTERS INTO LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH IRON WILL GAMES

TKO looks to Iron Will to operate its Ashen Empires MMOG as it further concentrates on the Wireless, Handheld, PC & Console video game software arenas

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – November 30, 2004 – TKO Software announced today that it entered into an agreement whereby Iron Will Games of Austin, Texas will assume full operational responsibility for its MMOG (massively multiplayer on-line game) title, Ashen Empires.“

The folks at Iron Will have expressed an interest in an arrangement for some time”, stated Jacob Hawley, TKO’s CEO. “Given their talent and, most important, their passion for the Ashen Empires brand, this is a great move for the game’s community as well as TKO Software and Iron Will.”

Doug Gesler, co-founder of Iron Will Games, remarked “We are passionate about Ashen Empires. And given that our entire team once worked on the title’s original release, we are excited about growing the game, its world, and the on-line community moving forward.”
