You can now have a 2nd job.
To get a 2nd job you must first complete a quest. If you are above level 100, you can speak to Major Darren in Junon and he will give you the quest. Follow his instructions and complete the quest to be successful.

8 New Second Jobs
There will be 8 new jobs to choose from for your 2nd job; Champ, Knight, Raider, Scout, Cleric, Mage, Bourgeois and Artisan and there are also powerful exclusive 2nd job skills. You can make unique and strategic characters by altering the stats as you want. Enjoy your new and powerful avatars and hunting.

Want to make more money?
Dealers can now make more money by running a business.
When you become an Artisan, you can run a business using craft skills, by making and upgrading powerful weapons, armors and cart equipment. Don’t forget that you need help from items or blueprints from monsters to make unique carts.
When you become a Bourgeois, you will have higher ability to collect materials allowing you to carry more items. Also, you will have advanced selling in trades with NPC's which allow you to sell items for a greater value!
