A review of Morrowind has been posted at CanadianGamer today. The rating is 93%, and this is how they conclude the detailed review:
Epic is truly the word to describe Morrowind, both in the sweep of its storyline, and the expansiveness and uniqueness of its landscape. It isn't flawless, but it has certainly had a smoother release that its TES predecessors. And, ultimately, you must ask yourself: how often does a game instil in you a yearning to continually re-enter its world so that your character can fully realize his ultimate destiny in the grand scheme of things? It doesn't happen often, and Morrowind does it in spades. Cherish it.
