Yesterday it was Gamespot to bash Legends of Might & Magic, today Gamespy's review blows the same horn with a slightly better rating of 69/100:
Legends of Might and Magic isn't a terrible game, but it's certainly not a very good one, either. It lacks a lot of key features that people expect from a multiplayer shooter. However, it does have the potential to grow if 3DO and New World put forth the effort to make it work. A fantasy-based team game is not a bad idea, and Legends is on the cusp of being a fun game, but the lack of editing capability and the omission of offline bots severely limit its replay value. |
