With all the interest in S.T.A.L.K.E.R., it's not surprising that someone else decided to take a crack at a future Russia set in a post-apocalyptic future. Phase Exodus, a 3D RPG set to come out this fall, takes us to northern Siberia, to Baikail Lake, in fact. The cataclysm is not related to radiation, however. Instead, Earth's orbit around the Sun degrades, altering the axis, which causes earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, and global climate change.
