It is a massive article, covering Anarchy Online, Asheron's Call, Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest and Ultima Online. The author's favorite after the comparison was DAoC - but he thinks the other games have their strong points, too: That's not to say that the other titles do not have their advantages. Not the least of these being that many players do not like the idea of starting over and do not have the money to spend on two subscriptions every month. Everquest has maturity on it's side and let's be honest DAoC like all MMO's has been rushed to market and will be a much better game six months from now than it will be on 10/9/2001. Everquest and Asheron's Call both have expansions on the near horizon which should help improve their status but it is my personal opinion that DAoC will be the best MMORPG likely until the release of Star Wars Galaxies.
