HomeLan has done an interview with Todd Howard on Bethesda's upcoming Morrowind expansion Tribunal. Nothing groundbreaking new in there, except the hint that, if Tribunal sells well, this will not be the last expansion they will do. Here's a snip from the interview:
HomeLAN - The PC version of Morrowind contained mod tools for the game. Have you had a chance to check out what other people are creating for the game?

Todd Howard - Oh yes, there are so many, though I've probably only looked at about 20 or so. I usually look at the ones that do things I didn't think were possible. My current favorite is one where you can play a fully working game of chess in a tavern. It has all the rules and special effects when you capture pieces. I love the whole mod thing, it's great to see people have fun in creating and not just playing. I really think we did a good job of making it easy to use the mods, or plugins as they are called. Some people run with upwards of 50 plugins and they say they could never go back to playing just the regular game.
