Path of Powers of Matter

Way of the Wizard

Several or all of the skills listed below have short videos that show the skill in action (indicated by the play buttons). There is a small version and a larg version. The small version is in a 320x640 format an the larger version is in 640x480. Besides a quality difference there is also a difference in the size of the files. Whereas the large version files are 200-800K in size, the smaller versions are all below 200K.
All videos are in DivX 5 format. If you do not have this codec installed then get it here.

Hell Spikes
Call on the netherworld to shoot spikes under the feet of your opponents. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click anywhere in the world.
Level 1 A maximum of 1 spike can be summoned. Each spike does three times 4+10 damage.
Required level is 1.
Magic cost is 2.
Level 2 A maximum of 2 spikes can be summoned. Each spike does three times 8+20 damage.
Required level is 7.
Magic cost is 8.
Level 3 A maximum of 2 spikes can be summoned. Each spike does three times 12+30 damage.
Required level is 13.
Magic cost is 14.
Level 4 A maximum of 4 spikes can be summoned. Each spike does three times 16+40 damage.
Required level is 19.
Magic cost is 20.
Level 5 A maximum of 5 spikes can be summoned. Each spike does three times 20+50 damage.
Required level is 25.
Magic cost is 26.
   
Energy Cage
Encircles your hapless victim with an impenetrable magic barrier. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click on your enemy.
Level 1 Cage lasts for 3 time units. Targets need a spiritual resistance of at least 5 to resist.
Required level is 12.
Magic cost is 10.
Level 2 Cage lasts for 6 time units. Targets need a spiritual resistance of at least 10 to resist.
Required level is 18.
Magic cost is 12.
Level 3 Cage lasts for 9 time units. Targets need a spiritual resistance of at least 15 to resist.
Required level is 24.
Magic cost is 14.
Level 4 Cage lasts for 12 time units. Targets need a spiritual resistance of at least 20 to resist.
Required level is 30.
Magic cost is 16.
Level 5 Cage lasts for 15 time units. Targets need a spiritual resistance of at least 25 to resist.
Required level is 36.
Magic cost is 18.
   
Limbs of Lead
Once cast upon your opponent their limbs become like lead and they are slowed to a crawl. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click on your enemy.
Level 1 Target is slowed for 2 time units.
Required level is 5.
Magic cost is 5.
Level 2 Target is slowed for 4 time units.
Required level is 11.
Magic cost is 8.
Level 3 Target is slowed for 6 time units.
Required level is 17.
Magic cost is 11.
Level 4 Target is slowed for 8 time units.
Required level is 23.
Magic cost is 14.
Level 5 Target is slowed for 10 time units.
Required level is 29.
Magic cost is 17.
   
Telekinesis
Discover the power to manipulate and use objects at a distance. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click. Little stars will start bursting forth from your mouse cursor. You can now use objects which you would normally not be able to reach by left clicking on them. To cancel telekinesis, right click.
Level 1 Objects must be within 3 meters of the caster.
Required level is 10.
Magic cost is 10.
Level 2 Objects must be within 5 meters of the caster.
Required level is 14.
Magic cost is 12.
Level 3 Objects must be within 7 meters of the caster.
Required level is 18.
Magic cost is 14.
Level 4 Objects must be within 9 meters of the caster.
Required level is 22.
Magic cost is 16.
Level 5 Objects must be within 12 meters of the caster.
Required level is 26.
Magic cost is 18.
   
Deathly Discs
Three vicious discs bristling with knives spiral outwards from the caster striking all within range. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click.
Level 1 Each disc does 20 damage.
Required level is 10.
Magic cost is 4.
Level 2 Each disc does 35 damage.
Required level is 16.
Magic cost is 6.
Level 3 Each disc does 50 damage.
Required level is 22.
Magic cost is 8.
Level 4 Each disc does 65 damage.
Required level is 28.
Magic cost is 10.
Level 5 Each disc does 80 damage.
Required level is 34.
Magic cost is 12.
   
Polymorph
Transform your opponent into a harmless creature ready for the slaying. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click on your enemy.
Level 1 Target must have spiritual resistance of 5 or be polymorphed. Target suffers 10+50 spiritual damage. Spell lasts for 3 time units.
Required level is 16.
Magic cost is 16.
Level 2 Target must have spiritual resistance of 10 or be polymorphed. Target suffers 20+60 spiritual damage. Spell lasts for 6 time units.
Required level is 22.
Magic cost is 19.
Level 3 Target must have spiritual resistance of 15 or be polymorphed. Target suffers 30+70 spiritual damage. Spell lasts for 9 time units.
Required level is 28.
Magic cost is 22.
Level 4 Target must have spiritual resistance of 20 or be polymorphed. Target suffers 40+80 spiritual damage. Spell lasts for 12 time units.
Required level is 34.
Magic cost is 25.
Level 5 Target must have spiritual resistance of 25 or be polymorphed. Target suffers 50+90 spiritual damage. Spell lasts for 15 time units.
Required level is 40.
Magic cost is 28.
   
Skeletal Wall
The caster calls upon the dead to summon forth hardened skeletal fighters to defend them in battle. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click anywhere in the world.
Level 1 Summons five hardened skeletons. Each skeleton receives a bonus of 5 to one of its resistances. Hardened skeletons have level 16.
Required level is 16.
Magic cost is 16.
Level 2 Summons five hardened skeletons. Each skeleton receives a bonus of 10 to one of its resistances. Hardened skeletons have level 18.
Required level is 22.
Magic cost is 19.
Level 3 Summons five hardened skeletons. Each skeleton receives a bonus of 15 to one of its resistances. Hardened skeletons have level 20.
Required level is 28.
Magic cost is 22.
Level 4 Summons five hardened skeletons. Each skeleton receives a bonus of 20 to one of its resistances. Hardened skeletons have level 22.
Required level is 34.
Magic cost is 25.
Level 5 Summons five hardened skeletons. Each skeleton receives a bonus of 25 to one of its resistances. Hardened skeletons have level 24.
Required level is 40.
Magic cost is 28.
   
Seeking Flame
Send forth a snaking stream of flame to explode upon contact with your enemy. To use, make the skill your active skill, and right click anywhere in the world.
Level 1 Explosion does 80 damage. Characters need at least 5 fire resistance in order to resist.
Required level is 24.
Magic cost is 21.
Level 2 Explosion does 120 damage. Characters need at least 10 fire resistance in order to resist.
Required level is 30.
Magic cost is 24.
Level 3 Explosion does 160 damage. Characters need at least 15 fire resistance in order to resist.
Required level is 36.
Magic cost is 27.
Level 4 Explosion does 200 damage. Characters need at least 20 fire resistance in order to resist.
Required level is 42.
Magic cost is 30.
Level 5 Explosion does 240 damage. Characters need at least 25 fire resistance in order to resist.
Required level is 48.
