Dungeon Siege: The Movie Release Slated

Eurogamer is reporting that the release date for "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Adventure" will be November 3, 2006 with Part 2 following on December 1, 2006. The movie, a stunning four hours in length, is to be split in two to keep the story intact rather than submit it to paring down.

The film stars Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski, Ray Liotta and, perhaps most excitingly, Burt Reynolds. It will be distributed by Boll himself via his new company, Event Film.
