Thanks to Mark from Gamers Europe for letting us know that they have posted a review of MiST Land's/Buka's cyberspace RPG 'Paradise Cracked'. Rating: 2.0/10.
The game is Russian. That must explain it. I must have a very different taste from the majority of the Russian population, as even though this game won a huge amount of awards in its home country, this game is not good. In fact it's very poor. Paradise Cracked offers nothing that could even be considered bringing “...the turn based strategy game well into the 21st century” as it proclaims on the packaging. In fact, it would be lucky if the game could muster enough strength to hobble into the Iron Age. This game is one that even the hardened turn based strategist should steer well clear of. I'm talking thousands of miles.
