The RPGvault features part no. 5 in a series of Lionheart timelines.
Here's RPGvault's introduction to the feature:The intriguing Lionheart is Reflexive Entertainment's upcoming RPG using a version of the SPECIAL character system. It takes place in Europe in the year 1588 AD. However, the setting is not the one we have read about in our history books. Instead, it is an alternative version existing on a separate timeline that split off some four centuries earlier during the Third Crusade led by King Richard of England, the stalwart warrior whose nickname serves as the game's title. During this holy campaign, an event now known as the Disjunction took place, leading to the existence of magic and unnatural creatures in the gameworld. When the project was announced at this year's E3 trade show, an outline of some events within the alternate history was provided. We were also told that the background was being developed much more extensively, and that further information would be forthcoming. What we didn't know then was that we would have the pleasure of presenting it, continuing with today's new segment from Reflexive and publisher Black Isle Studios involving the prophecies of Nostradamus and Spain reaching toward the New World. |
