Here's a teaser: Bethesda boasts that the Elder Scrolls Construction Set is the very same tool their developers use to hand place every single object and create content for Morrowind, and it is very hard not to see its capabilities and sheer power in this respect. Granted, some will use it solely as the ultimate cheating tool and some could argue that creating a game isn't quite the same fun as playing one, but this time, you cannot dispute the marketing hype - with the Construction Set and a little time, Morrowind can become exactly the kind of game you want to play...
