Warcry has put up a review of Snowblind's/Sony's 'EverQuest'-based PS2 RPG 'Champions: Return to Arms'. Overall score: 7.3/10.
The Everquest machine just keeps on rolling. While many people may scoff at the premise that defines EQ, only a small minority would scoff at the addictive power located at the heart of the EQ behemoth. Few licenses (besides Star Wars) have pounded out this many games under their banner in such a short amount of time. Following two full-fledged MMOs, numerous expansions, a console MMO, an RTS game, and an action-RPG under their belts, the people at Sony Online Entertainment and Snowblind Studios have unleashed the juggernaut again, making a sequel to their well-heralded Action-RPG, Champions of Norrath, and following it up with a near carbon-copy, Champions: Return to Arms.
