Snowball let us know, that they have updated their Fatherdale site with the following content:
Trolls and Dragons
At the time of our previous update we've lost our RPG programmer to a much-needed and much-delayed two-week vacation and thus postponed the last phase of combat tests to concentrate on the content. However, having luckily escaped the lake trolls (for he ventured into the wild in search of new experiences) he just made a call saying his return on Monday is still in force and we all look forward to finishing the combat balancing.
We're working on the last scenes from the Rift Watch episode at the moment and have almost finished Crossroad Korchma. I must admit it took longer than expected because we had to catch up on some unique behaviours. Also, the team's schedule had been extremely hectic -- which we all fought back with a moderate success.
As for the dragons, there are none in Fatherdale as we have been assuring on the forum in all the magic threads. It seems to be a rule that once a week a new visitor stops by and asks about the dragons! (this urge could be finally satisfied when we go back to working on Stormbringer later next year... :). Anyway, as has been our tradition here's a new ingame movie from the last combat test and here's a link to the new interview with several new screenshots. |
