As you play City of Heroes, or any MMORPG for that fact, you will learn that there are rumors about what they are planning to do to the game in order to make it better or "nerf" it up, as some would say. What we plan to do now is shed some light onto a few of those rumors, separating the speculation and rumors from what we can confirm as being fact.
