Not too much to report this week. If you know of any totally free games (no client purchase or subscription fee) I should be covering here, please let me know in the comments thread. Thanks.

Conquer Online just added two new game servers, named Venus and Mercury (both part of the 'Galaxy' server group), for players new and old to enjoy. A new patch is apparently required to access the servers.

Lots of updates for Flyff this week. The game's policies on hacking, cheating, and griefing have been updated, and explain all the ways players can be punished for various infractions. The winners of this year's Halloween contest were announced, and their entries posted. (Players submitted artwork illustrating their character's ideal Halloween costume.) There is now a growing general FAQ that addresses a number of common in-game and registration issues. Finally, players have been alerted to come up with better passwords to avoid their Flyff accounts being hacked by password hacking tools.

Hrm, Knight Online's site was offline when I was compiling this report, so...

Monster & Me has a new quest where players above level 800 can obtain a high level Youdragon monster. In other news, it's possible to exceed level eight-freaking-hundred in Monster & Me. Also, players are now encouraged to submit quest or event ideas for possible use in the game.

Winter has come to Oz World. Everything's covered in snow, and new limited-availability holiday costumes are now available for purchase in the game's cash shop. More items and events are forthcoming. Also, players who use bots or other hacks to fish in Oz World are officially on notice. First-time violators will receive a polite warning, but repeat offenders will have their accounts revoked.

The management of Silkroad Online have announced that no game representatives ever post to the Blah Blah forum, and that any posts there supposedly from game staff should be considered fake.
