The second Journal of the Divine One. Telling the story of the events leading up to Beyond Divinity.

On one of his excursions, the Damned One bumps into a beautiful witch, and a member of the Black Ring, by the name of Isolde. Even after the Divine One's successful mission against the Black Ring with many destroyed, the Black Ring lived on. The Black Ring continued their belief that the Damned One would return and bring chaos back to Rivellon. The remaining members of the Black Ring knew about the Divine One's plan for the Damned One, so the Black Ring placed Isolde in the path of the Damned One. He fell in love with Isolde as soon as he set eyes on her. Isolde knew that it was too soon for the Damned One to fulfil his role in the prophecies, so she kept the Black Ring and her involvement with them hidden from the Damned One. She started slowly; allowing the Damned One to slowly awaken the powers within him and the lay the foundations for the prophecy to be fulfilled.

The Divine One, in knowing that if nothing is done the Black Ring could regroup, erected the Order of the Divine. Their purpose is to hunt the remaining members of the Black Ring and kill them all. The Divine One comes across Isolde one day, sees that she is a Black Ring member and kills her. What the Divine One does not know is that the Damned One has seen the Divine One kill Isolde right before his eyes.
