Astonia 3: Language Warning and Scam Reimbursement Policy

Astonia 3 players were warned this week that despite what clan leaders may say, all language in all chat channels falls under the game's terms of service, and players are allowed to file complaints against other players for TOS-violating language, even if what's said is in a clan chat channel.

Also this week, a new reimbursement policy (retroactive to October 1 of last year) was announced, which states the terms under which GMs will reimburse players for items lost to in-game scammers.
Starting October 1st (yes, that's last year) we will reimburse players for lost items if:

- they can prove account ownership by providing payment details as usual
- we can find the items on the scammers account and lock them
- the victim has not received a reimbursement within the last 12 months

Reimbursement will be in in-game money, at roughly 75% market value. We are currently compiling a list containing commonly lost items and their value.
