Khabla has posted their review of Grandia 2. Their rating is less than favorable, with just 4.5/10. This is what they have to say in their conclusion:
As a PS2 game, this would probably get a much better rating. However as a ported game this does not quite cut it. While Grandia 2 has an interesting storyline full of unexpected twists and surprises, nice graphics and decent sound, the cons simply outweigh the pros. I would have expected that this game would support the more current OS versions of WinME, Win2K and WinXP, and the bugs be worked out before being released. Personally, I feel only buy this game if you have a craving for console games and want to have a simple game with an interesting, moving storyline. If not, there are other games out there that give better value for money. In all fairness though, I love the plot and the graphics were a refreshing change from all the “realistic” PC graphics. However, the bugs have really spoiled the game for me.
