Here's an excerpt: Well, we figure some of you might be curious enough to want to read about some of the tools you don't actually see, but that we use to keep in touch with the testers and the fan community. We wouldn't want to bore you by getting into every detail and every tool we use, so we will only talk about two of the ones that help us the most - the news tool and VISI.
