Here's a bit: William Coyle may be better known to some of our players as Solist Kinslan, one of the earliest Game Masters/Tech Support Reps for Verant Interactive, coming on board in February of 1999. He moved to San Diego from Tampa, Florida, where he managed a comic and gaming shop. Bill also worked in another tech support capacity, as an EverQuest beta tester. In the early days of EverQuest, the few people who assisted in Customer Service wore two hats, one of which was a telephone headset. Bill worked as GM Solist, assisting players directly in-game, and solved player problems over the telephone.
