A score of 4/5 is the result of GamerDad's 'Silent Storm' review.
It’s already too late. My commandos have already sniped two Nazi guards, busted threw a door, and thrown a grenade in a room full Adolf Hitler lovin’ fools. There’s a storm brewing in the tactical war-gaming genre. Silent Storm from Nival Interactive has recently been released and is full of gaming goodness. Silent Storm harkens back to the days of Jagged Alliance and X-COM where players restarted a scenario just to save a fallen comrade who you spent weeks upgrading and making a superior fighting machine. The true pleasure of Silent Storm is the attachment you’ll develop with your troops. While the characters are not as memorable as Jagged Alliance, each has a complete dossier and history. It won’t take long to pick your favorites. The challenge is to complete the missions and keep those favorites alive.
