The next one in row to review BG: Dark Alliance for the X-box is Gamerspulse. They rate it at 41/50 with the following straight-forward conclusion:
BGDA is an excellent action RPG. It is the best RPG experience you can find on Xbox to date (sorry Morrowind, you were impressive, but you were just not that much fun), although there is not much else out on the market yet. The gameplay is addictive, and the graphics and sound effects beautiful. The fun multiplayer mode adds tons of replay value (which makes up for the somewhat short game duration), and BGDA has one of the coolest unlockable characters ever (all fans of Drizzt Do’Urden should run out and get this game just to unlock him). BGDA is a top-notch creation.
