What does he think why the game wil be special? How often have you seen a Role Playing Game in which you get to BE a dragon? This adds a great sense of majesty all by itself. You are not a tiny human, but an immensely powerful magical creature. Capable of flight and able to burn your enemies to ashes with your breath. You will use a huge arsenal of spells - rain fire onto the heads of your enemies, freeze, poison, confuse or blind them. Hit them with acid, lightning or magic boulders. Change the landscape with powerful terramorphing spells: raise flaming volcanoes or level entire mountain ranges.
