Another enthusiastic 'City of Heroes' review can be found at another-castle-net. There's no score but the intro sets the tone:
City of Heroes, the (relatively) new MMORPG from Cryptic Studios and NCsoft, managed to do what I didn't think any game could do. I'm paying for it on a monthly basis.

A bit of a bizarre way to start off a review, I know, but it encapsulates what I'm going to spend the next few pages talking to you about: It's that good.
