The Vault Network announces the launch of their latest community resource, the City of Villains Vault. The site is to carry City of Heroes information along with the new Villains content.
Welcome to City of Villains Vault, the site also known as City of Heroes Vault. From here on in, we will be hosting not only Heroes from Paragon City but future Villains of the Rogue Islands. Resources, news, and features will be equally provided to both Heroes and Villains alike...but who will use them better is the question.
