The fourth Talking Point from team Lazarus has been posted. In this one, their quest engineer, Magnus "Sutek" Dahler Norling, details the process they used for creating quests in the game. Some of the interesting details include: adopting Ultima 7's style for quests, having certain companions trigger quests if you are in the right place at the right time, having to play through the game multiple times to find all of the quests since not all are available in one play-through, an Oppression ending for the game and a preview of the glass sword quest.
