The first one was made by Lewis Beard should work on any browser and is fairly simple. The second was made by Zyriah and is more complex featuring a drag and drop interface to add skills but only runs under IE 5.5 and higher. So anyone looking for a tool to help them plan their Morrowind characters should check them out.
