Eventhough it is web-based FaitH is visual oriented, amongst other it has: a graphic "Build City" function; your own Avatar, which you select to show other players what your Emperor looks like; army units; buildings; NPCs; Noviaas City, where you can cut a deal, buy an ale, or make some otherworldly purchases; and a several other features included in the interface.
