Head over to the Zone's Shadowclaim page (or here). Anyone with active AC or AC:DM subscription can play on the test server. Whats so special about the test server? The admins and devs will appear there too, you can meet your favourite AC (anti)heroes like Asheron, Bael'Zharon, Gaerlan and so on. The server has been put up to test the new server hardware and server configuration so it is enoucouraged that as many as possible log in to give the server something to work for. :-)
