Well, in Gamespy's review of Might & Magic 9 the rating is exactly that: 60/100. It seems to be broad consensus that the game is just above average (our own review rates it higher - btw), and their summary is a reflection of that: Unfortunately, for those of us that were hoping this series would redeem itself (including me) and even perhaps give games like the highly anticipated Neverwinter Nights or even Dungeon Siege some competition, you're probably going to be disappointed. This is a case of too little, too late, and that's too bad.
