It is titled "The Chronicles of Ancaria, Episode 1: Angel Blood" (my translation, not the "official" English title). The 352 page novel has been written by fantasy author Steve Whitton and it is his debut feature. A reading sample can be found right here. There's no mention of an English version of the novel.
