The official 'City of Villains' E3 2005 Cinematic Video has been released. You can watch on the Theatre page of the official site or download it from the Movies page (25Mb). Here's a bit of the blurb:
Deep within Lord Recluse’s lair, surrounded by his evil minions, Statesman and company square off against the nefarious Lord himself:
