The review of Runesword 2, a CRPG/CRPG construction kit published by Shrapnel Games, is about the most positive one we have seen on the net so far. A numerical rating wasn't to be found, but their conclusion sums up the mulit-page review pretty well:

RuneSword II is a good game; when combined with Creator 2, it becomes an excellent RPG system with almost infinite potential. Gamers who expect top of the line graphics may have a problem with the basic fare that RuneSword II offers, but I found that once I got into the game, my imagination made up for the lack of pretty effects. I would recommend RuneSword II to any gamers who enjoy RPG's and have a desire to personalize their gaming experience. A desire to build a new world would also be nice, though not really necessary given the efforts of the mod community to share their work.
