Arx Fatalis Element of the Week 7
Arx Fatalis is an RPG developed by Arkane Studios. It offers a number of interactions with objects and NPCs, realistic action fights, a unique real time spell casting system, character creation, dialogues, puzzles, exploration in an underground atmospheric world with various Cities inhabited by several races, galleries, dungeons and mines all intertwined by an unexpected epic plot.
We will bring you this Arx Fatalis Element of the week in collaboration with publisher Fishtank. This time
we feature the Flying Eye Spell.
The Flying Eye Spell
The Flying Eye spell is best used to explore an unknown area. If you wander around an unknown location, danger can lurk behind every corner. You can easily stumble into a trap or suddenly face strong enemies. To avoid dangerous situations and unpleasant encounters and still get to know your surroundings, the Flying Eye is your spell of choice. When cast, a magic eye is created with which you can fly around and explore the area. Once active, the spell draws an small amount of mana permently until the player runs out of his magical resource or deactivates the spell. The more negative aspect of this spell is that your character is extremely vulnerable to attacks while you are flying around. So you better look for a safe place to hide before you cast this spell.
Today's Screenshots feature the spell as it
