The Team Lead program has opened three new positions called RvR Team Leads. These roles, one for each realm, will be focused on Realm versus Realm balance as a whole, rather then on an individual class basis. The selected TLs will play a big role in helping the live dev team on the RvR Update and the Frontiers RvR Expansion, in addition to everyday balance discussions.

For this position we're looking for the leaders, strategists, and tacticians who spend their time out in the frontier helping their realm face the challenges in battle. We want people who understand the strengths and weaknesses of each realm as a whole, and how those play out in the overall balance of the game.
