IGN: One of the class draws in most MMORPGs is the summoner or pet class. Will players be able to train and control pets through any summoning type abilities or through an animal trainer type skill?

Peter Tyson: The Shadow have a class called the Conjuror who has access to the summoning skill. This will let them summon a selection of pets to help them in battle. They also, like the Miscreant and Scholar class, get the conjuring skill which allows them to conjure traps, defensive barriers, healing totem poles and other cool toys to the battlefield.
